About 99aa – Bangladesh's Home for Online Casino and Sports Betting
We built 99aa for one purpose: to give players across Bangladesh a safe, fast, and genuinely local online casino and betting experience they can trust every single day.
Who We Are
99aa is an online casino and sports betting platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh. From the beginning, every decision we have made — from the payment methods we support to the games we feature and the language we communicate in — has been shaped by one question: what do Bangladeshi players actually need from an online betting platform?
The answer, as it turns out, is straightforward. Players want a mobile site that loads quickly on their Grameenphone or Banglalink data connection. They want to deposit and withdraw using bKash or Nagad without paying conversion fees or waiting days for money to arrive. They want live cricket betting when the BPL is on, and they want a live casino table that streams without constant buffering when they sit down for an evening session. They want customer support that is actually reachable when something goes wrong, not an automated reply that arrives three days later.
99aa was built to answer all of these needs in one place. We are not a generic international platform that happens to accept Bangladeshi users. We are a platform that was conceived, designed, and continues to be developed with Bangladeshi players as the primary audience at every stage.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make online casino and sports betting genuinely accessible to every adult player in Bangladesh who wants to participate. Accessible means the site works on a budget phone. It means deposits and withdrawals happen in minutes using the apps players already have on their phones. It means the games are fair, the platform is secure, and the support team is available when needed.
Beyond accessibility, our mission includes maintaining a safe environment for every player. This means SSL-encrypted connections on every page, independently certified random number generation across all casino games, transparent bonus terms with no hidden conditions, and a responsible gaming framework that puts player wellbeing ahead of platform revenue. We want 99aa to be a platform players can return to over the long term, which only works if they trust what they are playing on.
We believe that Bangladeshi players deserve the same quality of online betting experience that players in other markets take for granted — fast payments, a wide game library, professional customer service, and the confidence that comes from knowing the platform they are using is secure and fair. 99aa exists to close that gap.

Our Values
These four principles guide every decision we make at 99aa, from product development to how we handle a player support ticket.
-
Fairness
Every game on 99aa uses certified RNG. Bonus terms are written in plain language with no hidden wagering conditions buried in fine print. If a player wins, they get paid.
-
Player Trust
We earn trust through consistent behaviour, not marketing claims. Fast withdrawals, honest promotions, and support that actually helps — these are what build the kind of long-term relationship we want with our players.
-
Security
Player data and funds are protected at every point. SSL encryption covers all pages and transactions. Account security features including password management and activity monitoring are available to every player directly from their dashboard.
-
Responsible Gaming
99aa is for adults aged 21 and above. We provide deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, and a dedicated Responsible Gaming page to help players stay in control of their activity. Player wellbeing is not an afterthought — it is built into the platform.
Who We Serve
99aa serves adult players across Bangladesh who want to enjoy online casino games and sports betting in a platform that reflects their reality. Our players are in Dhaka — in Mirpur, Mohammadpur, Dhanmondi, and Gulshan. They are in Chittagong's Agrabad and Nasirabad. They are in Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. What they share is that they want an online betting experience that treats them as the primary audience, not as an afterthought to a platform designed for a different market entirely.
The majority of our players access 99aa on a mobile phone, often on mobile data. This is why mobile performance is the single most important technical priority for us. A page that takes eight seconds to load on a mid-range Android device is not a minor inconvenience — for many players it means leaving and not coming back. We invest continuously in keeping load times short and the mobile experience smooth.
Cricket is central to how our sports betting audience engages with the platform. When the BPL is running, live betting traffic on 99aa reflects the passion Bangladeshi fans bring to every match. The same is true during the IPL and the T20 World Cup. We cover these tournaments with deep markets — not just match winner, but top batsman, total runs, over-by-over lines, and live in-play options updated in real time throughout each match. For the millions of cricket fans across Bangladesh, 99aa is the natural home for online betting on the game they love.

There are no transaction fees charged by 99aa on deposits or withdrawals.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
99aa is strictly an adult platform. Players must be aged 21 or above to register and use any part of the site. We take this requirement seriously. Age verification may be requested at registration or when processing withdrawals, and accounts found to belong to underage users are closed immediately without exception.
We provide deposit limits so players can cap how much they put into their account per day, week, or month. Self-exclusion tools allow any player to temporarily or permanently block their own access to 99aa if they feel their gambling is becoming a problem. Full guidance is available on our Responsible Gaming page. If you are concerned about your gambling or someone else's, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] — we take every such message seriously.
