1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99aa ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the 99aa website at 99aa.ws, registering an account, or using any part of the platform — including casino games, sports betting markets, deposit and withdrawal functions, and promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close any account you may hold. These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms governing individual promotions or bonus offers, which are published separately and should be read alongside these Terms where applicable.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 99aa, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum; no exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or operating your account as a proxy for another individual.
• You do not already hold an existing account on the 99aa platform under your name or any other identity.
• You have not previously been excluded from 99aa or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

99aa reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time during your use of the platform, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

To open an account with 99aa, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth that confirms you are at least 21 years of age. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and subsequently updated remains accurate. 99aa will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by a player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes received. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 99aa immediately at [email protected]. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• Never share your login credentials, password, or OTP codes with any third party, including persons claiming to act on behalf of 99aa. 99aa will never ask for your password via email or support channels.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 99aa account that you do not use on any other platform or service.
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 99aa at any time. If a player is found to hold more than one account, whether registered under their own name or under any other name or mobile number, all duplicate accounts and any associated balances may be closed and voided without prior notice. Where fraud or deliberate misrepresentation is detected in connection with multiple accounts, 99aa reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

99aa accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following deposit conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 99aa reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
• 99aa does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, over which 99aa has no control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that method. 99aa does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• 99aa reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

99aa offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the Bangladesh Premier League cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms published alongside that offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Using duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid for specified games only and expire if not used within the stated validity period. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements.
• 99aa reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently amended will be subject to the terms in place at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses are not transferable between players and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

Participation in any 99aa promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that promotion. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the individual promotion terms will prevail in respect of the promotion only.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 99aa are subject to the specific rules governing each product. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting interface and form part of these Terms. In the event of any technical error, system failure, or disconnection during a game or betting event, the following principles apply:

Casino Games

All casino games offered on 99aa use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is not altered by 99aa. Game results are final once confirmed by the server. 99aa accepts no liability for losses arising from misunderstanding game rules; players are encouraged to review the rules for each game before wagering.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 99aa cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, and other sports where markets are available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 99aa:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed; the odds at confirmation are the binding odds.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. 99aa reserves the right to void any in-play bet where there is evidence of data latency abuse.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the betting interface at the time of wagering.

7. Responsible Gaming

99aa is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to seek assistance if their gambling behaviour causes concern. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 99aa account holders at no charge and without requiring justification:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time-out: players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out, regardless of activity.
• Temporary self-exclusion: players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During exclusion, the account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Permanent self-exclusion: players who wish to close their account permanently may do so by contacting [email protected]. Permanent exclusion is irreversible and no reactivation request will be accepted.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts on the 99aa platform, whether in your own name or under any other identity, for any purpose including bonus farming.
• Colluding with other players, operators, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotional event.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, or to manipulate the random outcomes of any game.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the 99aa platform for any money laundering or financial fraud purpose.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform malfunction to place bets or accumulate winnings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, 99aa reserves the right to void any bets or winnings associated with that conduct, recover any funds paid out in error, and report the matter to appropriate authorities where required by law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

99aa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the specific terms of any promotion.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration or subsequent use of the platform.
• 99aa is required to take action in response to a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud or Terms breach may be forfeited in full.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99aa platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 99aa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 99aa platform without the prior written consent of 99aa.

11. Limitation of Liability

99aa provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99aa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and its use. 99aa does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 99aa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the platform, temporary unavailability of the platform, or any technical error that results in a bet or game outcome being incorrectly displayed or processed, where such error is corrected within a reasonable time.

In no event shall 99aa be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 99aa has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

99aa collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at 99aa.ws/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 99aa, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 99aa uses SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect your data in transit. Personal data collected during registration and account use is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, and the provision of customer support.

13. Amendments to These Terms

99aa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
